Duties Performed: Organizing HUB inventory and distribution of PPE supplies. Reporting and tracking inventory
supplies weekly. Assisting Executives and other departments when needed.
Duties Performed: Laboratory procedures, scheduling appointments, administering vaccines, obtaining accurate
vital signs, assisting physicians, general patient care including addressing patient and parent concerns, verifying
insurance coverage, referrals to specialists, front office including check-in, answering phones, retrieving records,
and completing tasks for physicians, and “Own It” Ambassador encouraging staff to maintain and uphold
organization’s core values.
Duties Performed: Laboratory procedures, scheduling appointments, administering vaccines, submitting PM160
to IEHP insurance for billing purposes, training new employees, supervising medical assistants, obtaining
