making shoes. The beginning of eidas because as a young
people, we like to do a lot of outdoor activities. In a outdoor,
we need comfortable shoes to support our activities, thats why
PT. Eidas Muda Berkarya make comfortable shoes with
affordable price to support in all activities of millenials and gen
Z. And also our design product is always up to date and suitable
with millenials.
Why, This market research is carried out to find out the response of
Whom/Who, our customers to the product innovations that we will make.
When, Where, This market research was conducted on June 4-6 2021 by
How many, taking a sample of 10% of the mount of Eidas customers. This

1 Analysis We provide 3 choices where respondents are free to choose


any shoe color that is good and suitable for them. we can see
here that there is a greater color sense match for neutral
colors, as the name suggests neutral which may be neutral for
every type of skin, fashion or use of each consumer in buying
shoes. The conclusion convinced by 77,3% of the 22
respondents have an interest in neutral colors for a shoe.
Interpretation With this data, PT Eidas Muda Berkarya will bring up various
shoe products with neutral color themes, which of course are
followed by existing global fashion.
2 Question Do you think that design of sneakers is important for you?

be concluded that the design is very influential on consumer
purchasing decisions. This conclusion can be confirmed by
95,5% of respondents choosing "yes".
Interpretation From the results of this research, PT Eidas Muda Berkarya
will continue to innovate in product design and adapt to
evolving tastes of shoe.

3 Analysis We provide 3 packaging options that are used to wrap our


shoe products. Namely a box with a paper bag, a box with a
plastic bag, and a plastic zipper bag. our customers are more
comfortable with box packaging wrapped in paper bags, this
is evidenced by 100% of the 22 respondents choosing the first
option.
Interpretation From the results of this research, PT Eidas Muda Berkarya
will provide shoe packaging with a box with a paper bag, with
an environmentally friendly design of course. to meet
consumer desires.
Question Do you Always wear shoes when doing activities?

be concluded that our respondense are mostly using shoes to
accompany their daily activities. This conclusion can be
confirmed by the percentage shown in the pie chart, as many
as 59.1% of respondents chose "yes".
Interpretation From the results of this study, PT Eidas Muda Berkarya
product has a great opportunity in the future to become one of
the shoes products used by the community.
Question Does “hype” ever influence your decisions to purchase shoes?

answered Yes, which means they are influenced by "hype" to
buy shoes and 40.9% answered No because they are not
affected by "hype" if they want to buy shoes
Interpretation From the results of this survey PT. Eidas Muda will continue
to update about the types of shoes that are "hype" or trending
so that our shoe products are not out of date.

within a span of 1 year. from 22 respondents it can be
concluded that most will buy shoes 2 times in a year. This
was convinced by 58.5% of respondents who chose the
second option.
Interpretation From this research, PT Eidas will update the product 2 times
within a year to adjust to consumer habits in buying shoe
products.
7 Question Where do you prefer to buy shoes?

Analysis We provide answer choices, namely conventional stores,


online stores, and our company website. from 22 respondents
it can be concluded that most will be more comfortable
buying shoes in conventional stores. This is stated by 73% of
respondents who chose the first option.
Interpretation From this research, PT Eidas Muda Berkarya will expand
more conventional Eidas Stores throughout Indonesia. But
that doesn't stop our sales in the online shop for a wider range
of products.

8 Analysis Of the 22 respondents who filled out the questionnaire, it can


be concluded that our respondents know the products of PT
Eidas Muda Berkarya. This conclusion can be proven by the
percentage shown in this pie chart, as many as 91.3% of
respondents chose "yes". This shows that Eidas products are
widely known by the public.
Interpretation From this research, of course, PT Eidas Muda Berkarya is not
satisfied, but will continue to promote our products using all
kinds of media, from billboards to social media, so that PT
Eidas shoes products can still exist in the community.

respondents who filled out the questionnaire, it can be
concluded that the admin service in responding to customer
chat when ordering products online is quite fast, some even
say that the admin service in responding to chat is very fast.
This is evidenced by the percentage of 69.6% choosing fast
and 26.1% very fast.
Interpretation From the results of this study, the services of PT Eidas Muda
Berkarya will continue to maintain service and increase the
speed of admin services in serving customers so that we
continue to gain customer trust and comfort.
Question What do you think about the packaging of eidas shoes
product?

Analysis We asked questions about the packaging we used, with four
possible answers, very good package, good package, and
worst package. Obtained the percentage of 22 consumers
chose the very well package 52,2%, the well package 17,4%,
the good package 30,4%, and the worst package 0%. It can be
concluded that half of the 22 consumers who answered
thought we had used excellent packaging.
Interpretation From this research, PT Eidas Muda Berkarya will continue to
maintain the quality of our product packaging to continue to
gain customer trust and convenience.
