Major Components of Leader Member Exchange Theory
Major Components of Leader Member Exchange Theory
The purpose of the final summary paper is for you to share with me the most critical insights and useful
skills you have gained from this course.
It should not focus on what you already knew or practiced as a leader, but rather explain how you can
build and develop yourself in specific and effective ways.
Paper needs to include an introduction and conclusion paragraphs. Within the introduction you must
include a thesis statement. A thesis statement is one where you take a position or view on a topic and
support it with evidence. In your conclusion paragraph you must pull all of your ideas together and
illustrate how you have demonstrated the thesis statement throughout the paper.
