Papers Are Due Sunday Week 8. Final Summary Papers Must Be Submitted into Turnitin.com.

The purpose of the final summary paper is for you to share with me the most critical insights and useful
skills you have gained from this course.

It should not focus on what you already knew or practiced as a leader, but rather explain how you can
build and develop yourself in specific and effective ways.

Paper needs to include an introduction and conclusion paragraphs. Within the introduction you must
include a thesis statement. A thesis statement is one where you take a position or view on a topic and
support it with evidence. In your conclusion paragraph you must pull all of your ideas together and
illustrate how you have demonstrated the thesis statement throughout the paper.

Paper must include:

Adult learner's name

Course name and number

Title

Instructor's Name

Date

Title Page which includes all of the above information.

Bibliography

Must be 8-10 double-spaced pages in length and formatted according to American Psychological
Association (APA) style as outlined in the APA link located in Course Materials. The paper must contain
references from the course readings and discussions.

Paper must be in a polished final form. Grammar and spelling errors will reduce your grade.

Assignments:  Monday - Sunday
1. Complete the case study questions for case study called ‘A Challenging Workplace’
Chapter 16, pages 457-458 , Leadership Theory & Practice and submit them to the
instructor due Sunday.
2. Complete your final Skills Assessment Self-Development Plan and submit it to the instructor due Sunday.
3. Continue to work on your final summary paper due Sunday of Week 8.
