system network that is engaged in the installation,

The MasterCool network now consists of PT. McQuay Tritunggal

Pratama is domiciled in Batam (2004), then PT. Sampoerna
Tritunggal Pratama which is domiciled in Surabaya (2013) and PT.
Master Tritunggal Pratama in Cikarang (2019). MasterCool has
been registered as a trademark at the Directorate General of
Intellectual Property Rights under No. Registration
IDM000783869, dated 09 November 2018.

Partnership Fee diperbaharui setiap 5 tahun sekali.
Setelah habis masa kontrak Partner (5 tahun), maka di
tahun ke-6 harus membayar Partnership fee.

PT. SUMITOMO WIRING SYSTEMS BATAM INDONESIA

problem
Their chiller is old and the cooling performance is very poor. Not enough cooling through the
whole building but the electrical cost is still high.

Solution
We offer to change the old chiller with a High Efficiency VSD Chiller. The Cost Reduction
calculation that was submitted to management could save up to more than Rp 100
million/month. Management accepted the solution, signed a contract with us for a procurement
of a new Chiller.

result
The chiller is proven running well and customer never complains about lack of cooling.
The cost savings obtained are around 3,500 KW/day or calculated around Rp.
150,000,000/month. And by now, it has achieved Break Even Point already,
It saves Rp 2.7 billion in 1.5 years !

PT. INFINEON TECNOLOGIES BATAM

problem
PT. Infineon Technologies Batam is one of the largest semiconductor manufacturer company
in Indonesia, located in Batam. They plan to have a plant expansion by adding 4 more
buildings to the original plant. Customer request for 3 units of 650TR Watercooled Chiller but
the chiller efficiency must below 0.5 KW/TR.

Solution
The specifications are quite challenging because the average efficiency of the Chiller is only at
0.55-0.6 KW/TR. We was finally trusted to handle the project. We managed to install those
Chiller with unit efficiency up to 0.4748 KW/TR !

result
The project process went smoothly, and the expantion plant can be carried out as of June
2020,
