Playing The Seraphim

Self-sacrificing, intrusive, sanctimonious, and


patronizing. The Seraphim lives to prove how much
better they are than the helpless people they rescue.
They put themself in harm’s way for the sake of others,
then proudly proclaim what a good person that makes
them. To the Seraphim, everybody can benefit from
their aid, whether the victim wants it or not.

Every light casts a shadow, so both stat options for the


Seraphim include Dark 2. Some Seraphim are calculating
and passive-aggressive when they provide aid (Cold 1),
while others revel in the allure of their seemingly sweet
demeanor (Hot 1).

The Seraphim’s specialty lies in healing and rescuing


others, but every act of apparent benevolence serves to
strengthen their self-righteousness. Their moves serve
to keep victims from ever learning to save themselves,
reinforcing the Seraphim’s role as a white knight others
have to rely on; whether they like it or not.

The Seraphim
You’re the saving grace humanity didn’t know they needed. Others might not
appreciate the kindness you show them, but everybody learns how necessary
you are eventually. Your methods don’t matter, so long as they see how
helpful you are, right?
