Assignment no. 2 covers Lec#9 to Lec#13.

 You will learn the project and its management activities.

 No assignment will be accepted through email.

Question No 1: 20 Marks

There are number of activities performed by the project manager during project management. These
activities are divided in different phases. The project management phases are mostly categorized into the
following categories:

 Project initiation
 Project planning, control, and tracking
 Product implementation
 Project closedown

The table given below contains the description. You are required to mention the name of the project phase
category against the description given in the table.
