DISCRIMINATION AT WORKPLACE
Discrimination is that disease whose spread and influence
doesn’t depend on some geographical state or boundaries but
it has been the major issue since the mankind put its first step.
It is the disease which can never be finished but can be
controlled. It is the restriction to the progress of mankind.
Mentioning some so called independent states which claims to
be the most empowered, militarized and economically strong
one but still face the sufferings of Discriminations on the official
and the domestic basis.

1: DISCRMINATION IN THE PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF CHINA AT

WORKPLACE:
Peoples Republic OF China is often admired as the secular and
independent state in the whole world but their public reviews
on the discrimination are much highlighted in the western
media. The very main step in the acceleration of the economy
of the people’s republic of China was the participation of the
women in the the labor force since the steps taken in the 1990
for the women empowerment, and it has risen the slope of
Chinas progress from the crust to the trough, But the rate of
discrimination has increased from 1990 to 2020 from 9.1
percent to 14.1 percent it is because the government have
deprived women with a decline in the child care support in the
state, due to this foolish step taken by the Chinses government
the widowed and some career oriented women are not fully
attentive in their office work.
Not only this but the massive problem is that the PEOPLES
REPUBLIC OF CHINA is causing the massive injuries on the
wages of women on the industrial level and the percentage of
this injustice is ascending day by day,
This wage difference has dragged the Chinese market to its
knees but at the same time the rate of this injustice can either
be controlled and put an end.
Chinese women earns fifth less than a man and the gap is
widening fast.

who think that women are the obstacle in the path of
progress. But this is clearly a myth that has just caused
dangerous thoughts to the men of the industrial level .
