1. Why disciplinary system is important in an organization?

 The disciplinary system is important in an organization because it can ensure that employees
will always maintain their behavior and manners while performing their duties. Moreover,
employees will also perform their responsibilities perfectly instead of by default and badly.
This is because, employees are afraid of the punishment that will be given if they do not
comply with discipline.

2. How the manager makes sure all employees follow the rules and regulations in an organization?

 The way for managers to ensure all employees follow the rules and regulations in an
organization is to communicate company policies and procedures with everyone in the
organization in multiple ways. Then, make sure everyone knows and understands why they
need to follow the rules. Explain to them the reasons for the change in policies and
procedures. In addition, give rewards to employees who successfully comply with company
rules perfectly.

3. In your opinion, why most of employees being terminated by the organization especially in the
current pandemic Covid-19?

 In my opinion, most of employees being terminated by the organization especially in the


current pandemic Covid 19 is because some companies are experiencing financial problems.
For example, employers are unable to pay employees’ salaries due to lack of profit.

4. What that employees can do after being terminated from the organization?

 The employees can do after being terminated from organization is first of all, the employee
needs to know why they were terminated. For instance, ask former employer to provide the
reasons in details. In addition, workers who covered by the Employment Act 1955 or those
who are unionized and have a collective agreement with the employer, entitled to get
payment of termination benefits. Moreover, employees can claim unfair dismissal through
the machinery of the Department of Industrial Relations and the Industrial Court.
