EVEN ROLL NO: 2018-SE-112 Software Development Organization

Gender disparity in the workplace is a multifaceted issue that may be found in the structures,
procedures, and practises of companies. Disccrimation is because HR practises (i.e.policies,
decision-making, and implementation) have an impact on women's hiring, training, salary,
and advancement.

We provide a gender inequality in HR framework that highlights the reciprocal nature of

gender disparities within firms. We present a paradigm for gender disparity in HR that
emphasises the reciprocal nature of gender differences within organisations.

An anti-harassment or anti-discrimination policy should define what constitutes

discriminatory or abusive behaviour, as well as create the impression that these concerns are
treated seriously. Roles and duties should also be defined in the policy.

A policy should include a clear expression of the organization's commitment to promoting

equality and inclusion, as well as developing and preserving respect for human rights. Every
individual has the right to be free of harassment and discrimination under the Ontario Human
Rights Code.

Software House is dedicated to a comprehensive anti-harassment and anti-discrimination

policy, which includes offering training and education to ensure that everyone understands
their rights and duties.
