Improvements:
 The music is too loud.
 It is very hard to listen to the speaker.
  Should change the type of music. 
 Should use the hashtags for better results i.e. #mentoringdevelopers
#softwaredevelopment etc.
Thumbnail:
 Background color should change and can be a little light in shade.
 Font should change and all the sentences in the thumbnail should not be bold.
 Should emphasize on main words by doing bold.
 If you are using highlighted text then use a light color.

Summary:
Rocky Lakota has started his software developer career without a computer. He started at an age
of 14. He do sports to spend time with the computers. He made his own multi-user dungeon
