1- What are the keywords when talking about marketing?


 The keywords when we talk about marketing are:
- products and services
- customer
- need and satisfaction

2- Do you think marketing is important? Why?


 Marketing is absolutely important for any enterprise because it’s the best way to
grow and promoting the company. With marketing we can create products, we can
also find the greatest way to sell them to the customers. All this work allows the
company to have benefits.

3- What are the purposes of doing marketing?


 Doing marketing has many purposes like:
- capturing the attention of the target market
- persuading a consumer to purchase the product
- providing the customer with a specific, low risk action that easy to take.

4- What can be considered as the marketing strategy?


 Marketing strategy can be considered as method of communication in order to reach
and influence the customers. Marketing strategy is also all action that company do to
reach prospective consumers and turn them into customers of their products or
services.
5- How many steps are there in doing marketing? What are they?
 There are 4 steps in doing marketing, they are: Ideation, Research and testing,
advertising and selling.

6- If you are asked to provide your own definition of marketing, what it would be?
 In my opinion, Marketing is the way to promote and develop a company by creating
goods, attract customer and make them love the product for an entire satisfaction. In
that way, the customer will be loyal to the company.

Marketing strategy is all action that company do to reach prospective consumers and
turn them into client of their products or services. Every company needs a marketing strategy
to be promoted and developed. Marketing strategy is also a process that can allow an
organization to concentrate its limited resources on the greatest opportunities to increase sales
and achieve a sustainable competitive advantage.

Nike is an American company who designs, develops and sells athletic footwear, apparel,
equipment and accessories. It’s safe to say that Nike is at the top of its game right now. What
sort of marketing strategy has Nike used to achieve and maintain this level of market
dominance?
This company investigate a lot in marketing, can be the design, the advertisement or
the prospection. Every action of prospection is huge and doesn’t go unnoticed because their
slogan “Just do it” is very motivating especially for those who want to do sport. Nike
products are innovating, like the self-lacing shoes (a shoes that lace themselves), so that kind
of goods attracts many people. Their ads are hilarious so many people like it and share the
video over social media. And it can be considered as free ads for the company because it’s a
Word of Mouth. Nike’s products are made for every type of consumer because each product
has its own target client whom can afford the price. Also, Nike is available all over the world
so it’s easy to buy their goods.

To sum up, Nike has been able to differentiate itself, compared to competitors, and
has become the global leader in the athletic footwear industry. The absolute key to Nike’s
success has been its excellent marketing strategies that allow the company to sell a massive
quantity of its highly innovative products.
