and Father’s Day. I am going to
go over our reading lesson for
this week. This week we are
going to read If You Give A
Mouse A Cookie by Laura
Numeroff. This book describes a
series of events that occurs after
a boy gives a mouse a cookie.
This specific book has won a
variety of awards such as:
Oppenheim Toy Portfolio Blue ★ If you Give A Pig A
Chip Classic award in 1994 and Pancake
the Buckeye Children’s Award, ★ If you Give A Moose A
K-12 (Ohio) in 1989. Muffin
Specifically, the book If You ★ If You Give A Pig A Party
Give A Mouse A Cookie will tie
into our lesson this week on
decision and choice making. To
prepare ourselves, I would
greatly appreciate it if the
students could find a copy of the
book for themselves. You can
find a copy on Barnes and
Noble, Amazon, and Target. You
are also able to access the book
on the Tomball Lonestar College
Library for a rental option. If
you are still unable to obtain a
copy, do not worry, I have digital
and paper copies available. I am
so excited to see what this lesson
