I once had a great job that I loved and was good at.

The organization’s situation

changed and so did the job requirements. I no longer fit those requirements. They let me
go with a great recommendation.

I resigned from my previous job due to wanting a new career change and change of
environment, I was working as RN at Anglicare Grange for more than 8 years. This has
reignited my nursing passion in this multi-disciplinary field.

My previous job I did not follow the fall management procedure policy. I have reflected
on this since by strictly following company policy, doing refresher educational courses
on different fall prevention management modules. So this mistake does not ever occur
again. This has been completed on AMNF learning website.

Job interviews for resigning:

I had been with the organization for a number of

years and wanted to experience a new environment
to continue growing

I left to work on a product I was very passionate

about.

My department brought in a new manager and I felt

it was the right time to leave

I was no longer finding the work fulfilling or

enjoying my work as much

I didn’t feel there was an opportunity to grow or

advance further in that role so I decided a change
would best for my career

Being cut loose was a blessing in disguise. Now I have an opportunity to

explore jobs that better suit my qualifications and interests. My research
suggests that such an opportunity may be the one on your table. Would you

The job wasn't working out, so my boss and I agreed that it was time for me to
move on to a position that would show a better return for both of us. So, I'm
available and ready to work.

Annabelle –
Do you think its better if I ask my Manager Tanya as friendly suggestion what I
should do, but I don’t know Tanya very well? – or it wont change the outcome
of the case investigation- as I do not want it to be reported to Ahpra
Tanya – I am seeking advice from as friendly colleague what should I do. As I
don’t want this to be mandatory reporting. As this could effect, my license and
registration conditions.
Should I tell the Ahpra investigation team regards to my allegations first, so it
looks good on my case for co-operating. Or wait for them to bring up the
relevant case to Ahpra
What do I say with impending investigation of Ahpra with my job
Can you ask my senior manager if this needs to be reported, as I admit I
made a mistake and reflecting on my practice so I can improve myself. And
can you negotiate for leniency/lessen the amount of crime it adds up to

Is Vaccination exposure prone procedure.

Missed clinical judgement in regard fall assessment. I was not second nurse
to assess, I knew resident had pmhx of osteeoporesis, hx back pain, and leg
pain, hx of not sleeping and having pain overnight. She when she was
complaining pain in same, I couldn’t judge if it was pmhx pain related or
fracture related. I am unable to assess her mobility due to it declining in
previous week, therefore she unable to weight bear. Staff found her in
morning unable to weight bear and sent her off to hospital – which sustained
pelvic fracture.
