located at GIDC Ankleshwar, Gujarat, India. We are in the business of manufacturing &
fabrication of wear resistant plates, pipes & also engaged in repair, reconditioning and
maintenance for different manufacturing segments including Cement, Steel, Mining,
Power, Readymix, Quarry, Sugar, Glass, Ceramics, Refractories, Constructions &
Machinery, Earth Moving Equipments, Oil & Gas for wear resistant applications. Our
services are backed by highly experienced technical and professional personnel.

 Wear plate manufacturing division manufactures Wear Plates, Wear Strips and Wear Pads etc. as standard
products in premium qualities. Our 24-hour production programme ensures a short lead-time for any
eventuality. High quality standards are maintained and controlled to tight process specifications, thus
ensuring our customer receives an excellent and reliable product to solve their particular wear problem. We

WEAR PLATE PRODUCTS

Our own developed SYNOCARB wear plate is a bi-metallic cladded plate, consisting of a mild steel
base with multi alloyed wear resistant elements.

It is produced by semiautomatic hard facing welding process with thermal controlled weld table to
ensure uniform low dilution and micro structure.
