Question no 1: Behaviors in daily life.

Behavioral psychology is the study of the connection between our minds and our behavior. Sometimes
you will hear behavioral psychology referred to as behaviorism. The hope is that if we can use behavioral
psychology to help us predict how humans will behave, we can build better habits as individuals, create
better products as companies, and develop better living spaces as communities.

Question no 2: what are ethics.

Broadly, ethics are the moral and philosophical system that focuses on the concept of what is right and
wrong. An ethical approach to a situation seeks to define what is good (or right) and what is bad (or
wrong). In psychology, the ethical guidelines are used in order to ensure research participants or those
in therapy do not face any negative consequences from their participation.

Question no 3: importance and principle of ethics.

Ethics are indeed relative to the culture being serviced but they are important to ensure the safety of
the client. Ethics provide a code of conduct that providers are to follow and professional organizations,
such as the American Psychological Association and American Counseling Association, use to help

The principles of ethics are as follows:

 Beneficence and Nonmaleficence


Psychologists strive to benefit those with whom they work and take care to do no harm. In their
professional actions, psychologists seek to safeguard the welfare and rights of those with whom they
interact professionally and other affected persons, and the welfare of animal subjects of research. When
conflicts occur among psychologists' obligations or concerns, they attempt to resolve these conflicts in a
responsible fashion that avoids or minimizes harm.

Fidelity and Responsibility


Psychologists establish relationships of trust with those with whom they work. They are aware of their
professional and scientific responsibilities to society and to the specific communities in which they work.
Psychologists uphold professional standards of conduct, clarify their professional roles and obligations,
accept appropriate responsibility for their behavior, and seek to manage conflicts of interest that could
lead to exploitation or harm.

 Integrity
Psychologists seek to promote accuracy, honesty, and truthfulness in the science, teaching, and practice
of psychology. In these activities psychologists do not steal, cheat or engage in fraud, subterfuge, or
intentional misrepresentation of fact. Psychologists strive to keep their promises and to avoid unwise or
unclear commitments.

 Justice
Psychologists recognize that fairness and justice entitle all persons to access to and benefit from the
contributions of psychology and to equal quality in the processes, procedures, and services being
conducted by psychologists. Psychologists exercise reasonable judgment and take precautions to ensure
that their potential biases, the boundaries of their competence, and the limitations of their expertise do
not lead to or condone unjust practices.

 Respect for People's Rights and Dignity


Psychologists respect the dignity and worth of all people, and the rights of individuals to privacy,
confidentiality, and self-determination. Psychologists are aware that special safeguards may be
necessary to protect the rights and welfare of persons or communities whose vulnerabilities impair
autonomous decision making. 

Question no 4: Ethics related to Allah.


Islamic ethics defined as "good character," historically took shape gradually from the 7th century
and was finally established by the 11th century. It was eventually shaped as a successful
amalgamation of the quranic teachings, the teachings of Prophet (s.a.w), the precedents of  (see
shariah and fiqah), the pre Islamic Arabian  tradition, and non-Arabic elements
(including Persian and Greek ideas) embedded in or integrated with a
generally islamic structure. Although Muhammad's preaching produced a "radical change in moral
values based on the sanctions of the new religion and the present religion, and fear of God and of
the Last Judgment", the tribal practice of Arabs did not completely die out. Later Muslim
scholars expanded the religious ethic of the Islam.
Question no 5

The Behavioral science is of great importance to a business management, as it deals with science
studying behavior. It is the study of sociology and psychology. It is very much concerned with
the ways in which people behave. While on the other hand, anthropology which is also included
in behavioral sciences involves the study of mankind relating to all aspects. Especially, it deals
with human culture and human development.

The concept that a non-discriminatory understanding may be established in order to appraise the
factors motivating managers and the employees as well as the desired results may be attained, is
closely linked with this phenomenon. Since it address the human dimension of work,
the behavioral management theory is often called the human relations movement. Thus,
behavioral science is of great importance to a business management. A few concepts concerning
behavioral science are concisely discussed hereunder.
