General Task List – Groundskeeper

Daily
 Pick up any trash/liter
 Clean up around the dumpster and recycling areas
 Walk breezeways and building corridors for trash
 
Weekly
 Clean Office, Fitness Center, Clubhouse and other common areas – more
often as necessary
 Check any signage
 Check Parking lot for inoperable vehicles
 Check outside of buildings for any broken windows/screens
 Check for bird poo
 
Bi-Weekly
 Check dog stations – empty as needed
 Blow out any leaves in the breezeways
 Blow out any leaves behind and around the AC units
 Clean up cobwebs in breezeways and around buildings
 
Monthly
 Wipe down baseboards in Office, Clubhouse, Fitness Center and other
common areas
 Check downspouts and gutter for proper drainage
 Dust blinds in common areas
 Clean inside the Remington Washing Machines
 
As Needed
 Trim Bushes
 Assist with Make-Ready Cleaning and Trash Outs
 Deliver any notices
 Identify areas that need maintenance and report to maintenance supervisor or
property manager
 Summer: Empty Pool Trash Cans
 Identify any lease violations: Pet Poo, Off Leash, Trash, Patio/Porch
