SERVICE CONTRACT AGREEMENT
ADVERTISING SPACE AGREEMENT #

LA NUEVA FM RADIO TV LIVE, Agreement (hereinafter referred to as

“Agreement”, is entered into on this ______ day of __________ 2021 by and
between LA NUEVA FM RADIO TV LIVE and _____________________(hereinafter
referred to as “Advertiser”).
LA NUEVA FM RADIO TV LIVE manages and operates the FM TADIO TV LIVE
PLATFORM IN FACEBOOK AND YOUTUBE, for the purpose of transmission,
emission and production of programs to be transmitted thru their channels.
The Advertiser accept under this contract the following
 NOT USE OF VOCABULARY THAT CAN OFFEND ANY PERSON OR GROUP OF
PERSONS
 THEY CANNOT BE ALLOWED TO PUT ANY KIND OF MUSIC UNDER THE
ABOVE PARAGRAPH.
 THEY ARE RESPONSIBLES OF THE CONTENT OF THEIR TRANSMISSIONS.
 ANY ADVERTISER CAN PROMOTE ANY SPONSOR ON THEIR SPACES.
 THE SPACES CANNOT BE LESS THAN HALF OF HOUR BY WEEK
 THE CONTRACT WILL BE FOR NOT LESS THAN 6 MONTHS
PAYMENT FOR PROGRAMMATION SPACE:
As described within this agreement, Advertiser agrees to submit payment
weekly in advance to their program.
LA NUEVA FM RADIO TV LIVE, once each program finalize will send to the
advertiser a link with their program and will be their responsibility to
download and keep it for their records.
The first program will be start on _____________________ during ____ days a
Week starting at ____ to _____at the rate of $ 75.00 per hour, making a total
of $ _______ Weekly.

ACUERDO DE ESPACIO PUBLICITARIO #

El Acuerdo de LA NUEVA FM RADIO TV LIVE (en adelante, el

"Acuerdo", se celebra el día ______ de __________ 2021 por y entre
LA NUEVA FM RADIO TV LIVE y _____________________ (en
adelante, el "Anunciante").
LA NUEVA FM RADIO TV LIVE administra y opera la
PLATAFORMA FM TADIO TV LIVE EN FACEBOOK Y
YOUTUBE, con el propósito de transmitir, emitir y producir programas
para ser transmitidos a través de sus canales.
El Anunciante acepta bajo este contrato lo siguiente
• NO UTILIZAR VOCABULARIO QUE PUEDA OFENDER A
CUALQUIER PERSONA O GRUPO DE PERSONAS
• NO PUEDEN PONER NINGÚN TIPO DE MÚSICA BAJO EL
PÁRRAFO ANTERIOR.
• SON RESPONSABLES DEL CONTENIDO DE SUS
TRANSMISIONES.
• CUALQUIER ANUNCIANTE PUEDE PROMOVER A
CUALQUIER PATROCINADOR EN SUS ESPACIOS.
• LOS ESPACIOS NO PUEDEN SER MENOS DE MEDIA HORA
POR SEMANA
• EL CONTRATO SERÁ POR NO MENOS DE 6 MESES
PAGO POR ESPACIO DE PROGRAMACIÓN:
Como se describe en este acuerdo, el Anunciante acepta enviar el pago
semanalmente por adelantado a su programa.
LA NUEVA FM RADIO TV LIVE, una vez finalizado cada programa
enviará al anunciante un enlace con su programa y será su
responsabilidad descargarlo y guardarlo para su registro.
El primer programa comenzará el _____________________ durante
____ días a la semana comenzando de ____ a _____ a una tarifa de $
75.00 por hora, lo que hace un total de $ _______ semanales.
