Gentlemen,
Attached are our latest and final design drawings for our Obsidian Hotel building structure. Your
firm is short listed and this is our request for your best price and delivery to our site in Davao
city. We desire the first shipments to arrive on or before July 1 2018. You are already familiar
with our project and thus we expect your reply by March 28 2018.

We have added one level to the building drawings previously submitted to you. We also wish
that you consider extending the front entrance cover (porte cochere) currently at 5.4 meters by
an additional 2.4 meters without support posts. Thus we expect a much lighter structure there.
This canopy may be tapered to lighten.
