Flow Control Valve Bypass Kit - P/N 1093624 Issued 1/09

This kit contains a flow control bypass valve assembly for use on an WARNING: Risk of personal injury or equipment damage! Refer to Required Tools:
AltaBluet TT adhesive melter. Before the bypass valve assembly can be the safety information provided in the melter manual before
installed, the runup pressure control valve (P/N 1024689, which is servicing the melter. Failure to comply with the safety information 8-mm wrench

1. Switch the melter off.
2. Disconnect power to the melter
at the local power disconnect switch.

(customer-supplied) in the air pressure
regulator input port. Connect a supply of
clean, dry, compressed air to the adapter
fitting.

7. Connect the solenoid valve on the flow
control bypass valve assembly to a control
signal (customer-supplied).

8. Adjust the flow control bypass valve
