Oranges are low in calories and a good source of fiber and potassium. Oranges are a rich source
of vitamin C. It is necessary for maintaining healthy gums, teeth and bones, and for wound
healing. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant; plays a role in enhancing the action of vitamin E,
assisting in iron absorption and immune functions. Oranges also contain significant amounts of
folate, a B-complex vitamin that provides a useful protective effect during pregnancy.
STEP 1: First of all, cut the oranges into four equal parts. Then, remove the peel and keep only the pulp.
STEP 2: Place the orange in the blender, also the cup of water. Blend until you see it completely mixed.
