Purpose
This kit includes one developer assembly (developer
housing) with a new style top cover. The developer
housing cover is vented to relieve pressure in the
housing that results in excess developer waste.
In addition, a NVM script must be used to write NVM
changes on Versant 80 and 2100 presses without Tag
19. The NVM script corrects ATC calibration for
lower pressure conditions.

WARNING
Do not perform repair activities with the power
switched on or electrical power supplied to the
machine. Some machine components contain
dangerous electrical voltages that can result in
electrical shock and possible serious injury.
Procedure
For Versant Versant 80, 2100 with Tag 19:
1. Replace the developer assembly using new
developer material per REP 9.12 and REP 9.13.
2. Input the new ATC numbers using dc950.
For Versant 80, 2100 without Tag 19:
1. Remove the drum modules and store in a
lightproof bag.
2. Perform GP 18 Xerographic Trim Procedure
3. If machine does not have Tag 19 write the
required NVMs.
Follow GP 16 NVM Access and write the updated
NVM script.
• Versant 2100 NVM script:
Write_NVM_Versant2100_with-
Tag19(VentCvr).csv
The Versant 2100 NVM script can be
found in GSN Library 13985 or 14631.
• Versant 80 NVM script:
Write_NVM_Versant80_with-
Tag19(VentCvr).csv
The Versant 80 NVM script can be found
in Library 14471 or 14516.
4. Install the new developer assembly/assemblies
and new developer material.
Reference REP 9.12 Developer Housing (Y, M, C,
K) and REP 9.13 Developer Material Replacement
(Y, M, C, K).
5. Input the new ATC numbers using ADJ 9.2 ATC
Sensor Setup (dC 950).
6. Reset the HFSI counter for the new housing(s)
and developer material.
7. Mark off Tag 19 on the IOT Tag matrix.
