A conceptual framework represents the researcher’s synthesis of the literature on how to explain a

phenomenon. It maps out the actions required in the course of the study given his previous knowledge
of other researchers’ points of view and his observations on the subject of research (Regoniel, 2015).

I.P.O model as a functional graph that identifies the inputs, outputs, and required processing tasks
required to transform inputs into outputs. In other words, the I.P.O. model will be used by the
researchers to understand how the particular variables in the study connect with each other.
