Answer :
a. Letterhead
Letterhead or commonly referred to as letterhead is one part of the letter that shows the agency or
company that sent the letter. The function of letterhead is as an identification tool, as an
information provider, as an advertising sign.
b. The date of the letter
The date of the letter indicates when the letter was written. The date of the letter is usually written
on the right or top left of the letter depending on the form of the letter. There are some letters that
include the place/city of writing the letter before writing the date. But for letters that already have
letterhead, writing the city of the letter is not necessary because it is already listed on the
letterhead.
c. Mail number
The letter number is usually found on letters issued by companies or government agencies that
are useful as the registration numbers of administrative officers, as instructions that make it easier
to search for return letters, and as an indication of the number of letters that come out within a
certain time.
d. Hal
Matter or subject is one part of the letter that contains the essence of the letter, the subject matter
of the letter, and can be used as a reference for administrative officers.
e. Attachments
This section indicates that the letter is accompanied by other documents. This appendix section
also shows how many document attachments there are with the letter.
f. Address in
This address contains who and where this letter is addressed. One of the purposes of writing in
this letter is to avoid sending the wrong letter or the possibility of an error in writing the address
on the cover of the letter.
g. Greetings
The greeting is generally in the form of a short sentence as a tribute to the recipient of the letter.
h. Letter opener
The letter opening is an introductory paragraph as an introduction to the topic of the problem.
Sentences in this paragraph are generally in the form of pleasantries or repetition of the contents
of the previous letter if the letter is a reply.
i. Contents of the letter
The content of the letter is the essence of the whole letter. The contents of the letter can be more
than one paragraph depending on the interests of the letter writer. Even so, the writing of the
contents of the letter must be clear and not long-winded.
j. Cover letter
Closing letters are generally only one paragraph containing wishes and thanks to the recipient of
the letter.
k. Closing greetings
This closing greeting is a tribute to the recipient of the letter.
l. Signature
The signature in the letter shows the authenticity of the letter, meaning that the letter has really
been written by the source as stated in the letter and can be accounted for.
m. Name and title of the signatory
At the bottom of the signature is usually accompanied by the name and title of the signer of the
letter so that it is really clear who has written the letter.

1. Chief Executive
The main task of a leader is to carry out management functions as previously mentioned
which consist of: planning, organizing, mobilizing, and supervising.
2. Material Preparation Section
Its duties are to carry out planning, guidance, implementation and administration of the
procurement of goods from a product as well as evaluation and settlement of objections
in the supply of goods or products.
3. Production Equipment Part
is an arrangement of the process of converting raw materials into a product or service that
has a selling value. aims to create use value in a product and produce a product for use by
consumers
4. Financial department
The finance department has an efficient function to manage company funds so that they
can be used to maximize profits while maintaining the effective use of these funds. The
Finance Department must ensure that each match is in accordance with the budget set by
the company's management. This is where the Finance section controls the submission of
cash submissions, cost of money, and external contracts signed by each company. The
Finance Department is the party responsible for determining where the company keeps its
cash, places investments, or seeks loans. The Finance Department must select which bank
can lend funds with low interest and vice versa which bank can provide high interest to
keep company funds. The Finance Department tends to produce reports for internal use
only.
5. Production Department
Duties and responsibilities :
Responsible for and overseeing the implementation of the production process, from

9. Quality Control Section
Quality Control is one part of production management that has certain roles and legal
rules in controlling the packaging process to releasing these products to be marketed by
ensuring the quality and quantity of the company's products. A Quality Control is in
charge of testing products both in terms of quality and quantity during the production
process, starting from the selection of raw materials, processing raw materials into semi-
finished goods to the final product of production to obtain the required quality standards.
