Potato is an organism which lives and breathes.

Potato tubers oscillate humidity heat and carbon dioxide as they breathe. Humidity heat and carbon dioxide
oscillate high level is effect to stock time. That is why potato tubers should be stocked the appropriate
environmental conditions.
Air conditioning, Cooling and aappropriate humidity condiations in potato starage should be stocked until 9-
12 mounth with well goods temperature , air circulation and equal distribution by appropriate enviroment
conditions. . The most important point is here that authorized personnel who knows very well to physiology
of goods.

The potatoes carrying to storage place by authorized person

1 - If the heat of potatoes higher than 12.8 C, the heat of storage should be decrease under of 12.8 C

3 - When start the Cooling the goods are coolled 2- 2.5 C per weekly.
4 - Humidity of the room according to potatoes type should be keep under control.
5 - If the carbon dioxide level higher than normal level , the room is aired .

System Working
a) System compression should be desing according to air condition.
b) According to lay-out plan will be do castable piling Goods will be stowed on the air duct. Height of goods
must be approx. 7.20 m.
c) Outside and inside temperature will be measurement.
d) Outside and inside humidity will be measurement.
e)Indoor carbon dioxide value will be measurement.
f)When goods received in room , goods temperature will be measurement and room temperature will be
Cooling 12.C with Cooling Devices.If outside humiditiy value is lower than humidity of potatos , outside air
will be humidified by pressure.
g) The room targeted temperature is cooled. 0.3-0.5 per day.

h) During Cooling process , goods should be checked few times and cooled goods should not be contacted
ambiance temperature.
j) When targeted carbon dioxite value inside of room increase , ambiance will be measurment. If the
ambiance temperature max. 2- 3 C higher than room temperature , hatchways will be opened and fresh
air will be came into storage room . But if ambiance temperature higher than 2-3 C this time fresh air will
be pumped from cooled corridor ( 12- 14 C ) into the room by fans. And also the air will be pumped from
strage room to the outside by second fan.

All rooms have independent Cooling and Heating systems. This system is controled by microprocessor.
There are 5 pieces heat prob(room temperature, heat to stop defrost, 3 pcs for the product temperature
inside of the boxes) 1 piece humidity prob , 1 piece carbon dioxide prob in the room and 1 piece heat , 1
piece humidity prob out of the room. This prob send the information to microprocessor and then the
system works.

The Exchanger wires of TEKNOSAV units have 30% more copper pipe than anyother similar units in the market. The 70%
of the capacity of evaporator is covered by the surface area of copper pipes. The Energy Efficiency of TEKNOSAV units is
the best due to the wide surface of heat exchanger tubes and technical specification of the units.

Ultrasonic humidifier can be placed inside or outside of the room that will be used as in the figures. PVC
pipes should be hung from the ceiling in order to return condensed water to the water tank or drain line. For
an efficient humidification 3 cm diameter holes can be drilled on PVC pipes at certain distance like 30 cm or
40 cm.Ultrasonic humidifier can be controlled with integrated timer options.

Automatically warns when water runs out of the water tank

Water tank of the humidifier can be filled manually or directly connected to the water main
Ambient humidity can be controlled between through integrated digital control pad
Filter housing and pieces of water filter are included to the prices
Humidity level inside the room can be set according to required humidity through integrated digital control
pad.
Ultrasonic humidifier stops automatically when the humidity in the room reaches the desired value

The ultrasonic humidifier continues to work until the humidity level inside the room reaches the desired
value.

With the independent digital 15 'screen control system in each room, the written scenario on the entrance
page must be entered as a reference to the appropriate system. Depending on this you can control over the
internet which allows the system to operate. The recording is possible.

6 - RESPONSIBILITIES OF WORK SCHEDULE

BUYER: The responsibility of buyer is bringing all units and equipments of cold
storage on the field on time, completing the construction works, providing
forklift, manlift, vehicles and security, providing power supply for the cooling
units and lightining. Drainage pipe and channel should be implemented.
All necessary tools and equipments for the installation will be provided by buyer.
Visa, transportation, accommodation and daily meals of installation team
will be covered by Buyer. Steel scaffolding for the insulation wall will be from your side.
