SUBJECT : GUIDELINES ON THE CONDUCT OF THE OPENING


OF THE 3RD REGULAR SESSION OF THE BTA
PARLIAMENT

DATE : 2 June 2021

To ensure a smooth flow of the opening of the 3 rd Regular Session whilst adhering strict
compliance with our health and safety protocols, everyone is enjoined to observe the
following:

HEALTH PROTOCOLS

1. IATF-prescribed public health standards shall be STRICTLY observed.

2. The use of Plenary Hall shall, at no time, exceed its occupancy limit following
physical distancing protocols.

3. Members, guests and authorized personnel shall be subjected to health screening


and disinfection protocols, as follows:

 Body temperature shall be taken. Persons with temperature reading of 37.5°C or


higher shall be denied entry and shall be attended to BTA medical personnel;
 All will apply alcohol or sanitizers, which will be provided in all entrances;
 Face masks and face shields shall be worn at all times inside the SKCC
premises; and
 All will step on footwear disinfection mats.

4. Members and Guests shall be required to submit duly accomplished Health


Declaration Form, which shall be attached to the invitations and/or email. While
the form will be made available in the SKCC entrance, guests should be
encouraged to download the form from BTA website and accomplish it before
going to SKCC. Please see Annex A: Health Declaration Form.

ENTRY, REGISTRATION AND SEATING ARRANGEMENTS


1. All Members of the Parliament (MPs) may attend the ceremonial opening of the
3rd regular session physically or via video conference platform.

2. The total number of Secretariat employees, media personnel, and guests that shall
be allowed inside the Session Hall shall not exceed twenty-five (25).

3. There will be a separate entrance for Members of the Parliament and VIP guests
at the SKCC entrance.

4. Only confirmed invitees and authorized personnel shall be allowed entry to the
Session Hall.

5. Registration shall start at 12:00 noon.

6. Members of the Parliament and VIP guests shall be escorted by authorized


protocol officers to their designated seats.

7. All attendees are expected to be occupying their seats in the Session Hall at
exactly 1:00 PM.

DURING SESSION

8. All must observe silence, order and discipline inside the Session Hall.

9. All mobile phones and other electronic gadgets must be placed in silent mode.

10. Attendees are expected to stand for the Invocation, Singing of the National
Anthem, and Bangsamoro Hymn.

11. Attendees are expected to rise when the Wali is called to formally open the 3 rd
Regular Session.

DRESS CODE

12. Attendees are requested to wear cultural attire.

FOOD SERVICES

13. Food packed in hygienic eco-based containers shall be distributed for take-out
after the ceremony at the exit route.
