The best alternative that the employer should partake is to stick with the current

employer who have nurtured him from scratch to the point he is at today. In addition to his

exemplary performance, the employee will also have a number of privileges from his former

employer as compared to the new employer (Jäkel & Schreiber, 2013). Upon completing his

undergraduate degree, the employer will promote the subject to a senior position in the firm.

Even after he pursues a master’s degree, he will still hold the senior position despite of

having low qualifications until he graduates. This will buy time for him to gain more

knowledge required to handle strenuous activities.
