Preparation 2. Clamp the jig onto the Base Cabinet Side Sets as indicated*. Use your
router to cut out the four sections.
1. Cut sheets of MDF/Plywood and the Base Cabinet Sides Jig. Identify pieces
by name, indicate side and direction. Mark one side of the jig as side 'A'. *Triple check to be certain the T-nut pilot hole is on the narrow side of the jig
and be certain the 32" edge of the Base Cabinet Side Set is flush with the jig
Warning! The jig uses a router leaving 3” of material from bit cut to fence. and completely covered.
Adjust jig measurements to your router cut accordingly.
3. Lay one of the Base Cabinet Sides over the 1 x 6 board flush to the top and
