expenses on the date, time and v enue mentioned abov e, subject to the terms and conditions set out below. Please bring this call letter with your photograph affixed thereon, a photocopy of photo identity proof stapled with it and same
(currently valid) photo ID in original - THIS IS ESSENTIAL. This call-letter alongwith photocopy of photo identity proof duly stapled together are to be submitted at the end of the exam by putting it in the designated drop box.
Currently valid photo identity proof may be PAN Card/Passport/Permanent Driving Licence/Voter’s Card with photograph/Bank Passbook with photograph/Photo Identity proof issued by a Gazetted Officer on official letterhead
/Photo Identity proof issued by a People’s Representative on official letterhead/Valid recent Identity Card issued by a recognised College/University/Aadhar/E-aadhar Card with a photograph/Employee ID in original/Bar Council
Identity card with photograph. Please Note - Ration Card and Learner’s Driving License will NOT be accepted as valid ID proof. You must report at the examination venue 15 minutes before the reporting time. *Taking into
account the Social Distancing norms, email and sms will be forwarded to you a day prior to the examination specifying the exact time of reporting to avoid over-crowding at the venue. However, we are providing you the
common reporting time in the call letter. If you do not get any intimation prior to the exam, you should follow the Reporting Time printed in the call letter. Late comers will not be allowed to take the test. Candidate will not be
permitted to leave the examination hall till the time for the test is over and/or permission to leave the hall is given by the test administrator.

Your photograph affixed on the call letter should match the one uploaded in the online application form, failing which you will not be allowed to appear for the examination. Registration at the exam venue will be done through
photo capture. Photo captured will be matched with the photo uploaded by you in the application (As printed in the call letter). You must NOT change your appearance from the photo uploaded by you. Your signature should
tally with the signature uploaded. In case of discrepancy, you will not be allowed to appear for the examination.

The examination will be conducted online. You must enter your User ID and Password, which are printed on this call letter, to enter the online examination site. Your
name and other details will appear on the screen after login. Please verify and ensure correctness of these details. Disclosure of User ID & Password to third party
shall be at the risk & responsibility of the candidate. Please read the instructions given in the next page and also the information handout available on authorised
IBPS website www.ibps.in carefully.

INSTRUCTIONS

Ration Card and Learner’s Driving License will NOT be accepted as valid ID proof.
In case of candidates who have changed their name will be allowed only if they produce Gazette notification/their marriage certificate/affidavit.

3. You should ascertain exact location of the venue w ell in advance of the date of examination.
4. The candidate s m us t re ach the ve nue of e xam ination by the tim e s pe cifie d in the e m ail and SM S forw arde d to you a day prior to the e xam ination. In cas e you do not ge t any

5. A handout giving inf ormation about the type of tests you w ill be taking is available on authorised IBPS w ebsite. Please dow nload the inf ormation handout and study it caref ully. In addition a link f or a mock
test w ill be available on the authorised IBPS w ebsite.
6. You should bring a ball point pen w ith you to the examination hall.

8. You should strictly comply w ith the directions given to you by the test administrator/invigilator. If any candidate is f ound disregarding these directions he/she w ill be liable to be debarred f rom the test.
9. You are advised not to bring any of the banned items to the venue of examination as arrangement f or saf ekeeping cannot be assured. Any candidate f ound resorting to any unf air means or malpractice or
any misconduct w hile appearing at the examination including giving/receiving help to/f rom any candidate during the test w ill be disqualif ied. The candidate should be vigilant to ensure that no other candidate
is able to copy f rom his/her answ ers. IBPS w ould be analys ing the re s pons e s (ans w e rs ) of individual candidate s w ith othe r candidate s to de te ct patte rns of s im ilarity of right and
w rong ans w e rs . If in the analytical proce dure adopte d by IBPS in this re gard, it is infe rre d/conclude d that the re s pons e s have be e n s hare d and s core s obtaine d are not
ge nuine /valid, IBPS re s e rve s right to cance l the candidature of the conce rne d candidate s and the re s ult of s uch candidate s (dis qualifie d) w ill be w ithhe ld.
10. Follow ing items are not allow ed inside the examination centre:-
Any stationery item like textual material (printed or w ritten), bits of papers, Geometry/Pencil Box, Plastic Pouch, Calculator, Scale, Writing Pad, Pen Drives, Log Table, Electronic Pen/Scanner, Any
communication device like Mobile Phone, Bluetooth, Earphones, Microphone, Pager, Health Band etc. Other items like Goggles, Handbags, Hair-pin, Hair-band, Belt, Cap, Any w atch/Wrist Watch, Camera,
Any metallic item, Any eatable item opened or packed, w ater bottle(only transparent w ater bottle is allow ed), Any other item w hich could be used f or unf air means f or hiding communication devices like
camera, blue tooth devices etc.Af ter AarogyaSetu status display at the entry gate, candidates w ill be required to sw itch of f their mobile phones, and deposit it at the designated location, to be collected
w hile exiting.
You are advised to avoid w earing ornaments like Ring, Earrings, Nose-pin, Chain/Necklace, Pendants, Badge, brooch etc.
11. Anyone f ound to be disclosing, publishing reproducing, transmitting, storing or f acilitating transmission and storage of test contents in any f orm or any inf ormation therein in w hole or part thereof or by any
means verbal or w ritten, electronic or mechanical or taking aw ay the papers supplied in the examination hall or f ound to be in unauthorised possession of test content is likely to be prosecuted.
12. Person w ith Benchmark Disability should contact the Test Centre Administrator of the test venue at least 30 minutes bef ore the time of examination f or assistance in seating, if needed.
13. Any request f or change of centre/venue/date/session w ill not be entertained.
14. You m ay ple as e note that this call-le tte r doe s not cons titute an offe r of e m ploym e nt by any/all Participating Organis ations .
15. Your admission to the examination is strictly provisional. Bef ore coming f or the examination, please ensure that you are eligible according to the eligibility criteria stipulated in the Advertisement. If you are
not eligible, your candidature w ill be cancelled at any stage.
16. Guidelines and Declaration Form f or Person w ith Benchmark Disability candidates, using the services of a Scribe can be dow nloaded f rom authorised IBPS w ebsite.
17. Any canvassing f or selection including change of date, time and venue shall be considered as disqualif ication.

SOCIAL DISTANCING MODE CONDUCT OF EXAM RELATED INSTRUCTIONS
1 Candidate is required to report at the exam v enue strictly as per the time slot mentioned in the Call Letter AND/OR informed v ia SMS/Mail on their registered mobile number/mail prior to exam date. It is
expected that candidate strictly adhere to this time slot – as entry into the exam v enue w ill be prov ided based upon the indiv idual’s time slot ONLY. Candidates should report atleast 15 minutes before
the Reporting time.
2 Mapping of ‘Candidate Roll Number and the Lab Number’ w ill NOT be displayed outside the exam v enue, but the same w ill be intimated to the candidates indiv idually at the time of entry of the candidate
to the exam v enue.
3 Items permitted into the venue for Candidates
Candidates w ill be permitted to carry only certain items w ith them into the v enue.
a. Mask (WEARING A MASK is COMPULSORY)
b. Glov es
c. Personal transparent w ater bottle (Candidates should bring their ow n w ater bottle)
d. Personal hand sanitizer (50 ml)
e. A simple pen
f. Exam related documents (Call Letter and Photocopy of the photo ID card stapled w ith it, same ID Card in Original.) The name on the ID and on the Call Letter should be exactly the same.
g. In case of Scribe Candidates - Scribe form duly filled and signed w ith Photograph affixed.
No other Items are permitted inside the v enue.
4 Candidate should not share any of their personal belonging/material w ith anyone
5 Candidate should maintain safe social distance w ith one another.
6 Candidate should stand in the row as per the instructions prov ided at v enue.
7 If candidate is av ailing serv ices of a scribe, then scribe also should bring their ow n Glov es, N95 Mask, sanitizer (50ml) and transparent w ater bottle. Wearing a mask is compulsory. Both candidate and
Scribe w ill require to be w earing N95 Mask.
8 A Candidate must hav e AarogyaSetu App installed on his mobile phone. The AarogyaSetu status must show candidate’s risk factor. A candidate w ill hav e to display this status to the Security Guard at
the entry into the exam v enue. In case a candidate does not hav e a smart phone, he/she w ill hav e to bring in a signed declaration to this effect (declaration is prov ided along w ith this Call Letter) and
show the same to the Security Guard at the entry into the exam v enue. Candidates w ith Moderate or High Risk Status on AarogyaSetu App w ill not be allow ed entry. In case any of the responses in
declaration suggest COVID 19 infection/symptoms, the candidate w ill not be permitted inside the exam v enue. (If candidate is av ailing serv ices of a Scribe, then Scribe should also follow the same
instructions.)
9 After AarogyaSetu status display at the entry gate, candidates w ill be required to sw itch off their mobile phones, and deposit it at the designated location, to be collected w hile exiting
10 All candidates (and Scribe, if applicable) w ill be checked w ith Thermo guns at the entry point for temperature. In case, any person is observ ed to be hav ing abov e normal temperature (> 99.14° F) or
displaying any symptoms of the v irus, they w ill not be allow ed entry into the v enue.
11 In candidate registration :
a. Candidate registration w ill be done through photo capture.Photo captured w ill be matched w ith the photo uploaded by you in the application. You must NOT change your appearance from the photo
uploaded by you.
b. Photograph w ill be taken w hile candidate is standing.
c. Seat number w ill be giv en to the candidate.
12 Rough sheet, call letter and ID proof management
Rough sheet(s) kept at each candidate desk w ill be used by candidate. No additional sheets w ill be provided during the exam .
Candidate m ust follow the instructions related to dropping the call letter w ith the ID proof copy in the boxes provided at the exit of lab/venue w hile leaving or at the designated
place. Those candidates w ho avail the services of Scribe should subm it Scribe form also along w ith the Call Letter and ID proof copy
Candidate m ust drop the rough sheets, call letter, ID proof copy in the boxes provided at the exit of lab/venue w hile leaving or at the designated place indicated by Exam
officials.
13 Post Examination Controls
On com pletion of exam ination, the candidates w ill be perm itted to m ove out in an orderly m anner one candidate at a tim e. Please w ait for instructions from invigilator and do
not get up from your seat until advised.
