I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Best Buy.

On December 10th, 2020, I ordered a Nintendo Switch battery from Best Buy in Fairview,
Montego Bay. I was told that I would receive the battery would arrive within two weeks.
However, I only received it on the 14th of January 2021. The delay was unacceptable. Secondly,
there is an error in the bill, as the battery was listed at $5,500, but the bill reads $7,500. To
make matters worse, there seems to be a problem with the battery. After placing it in my
Nintendo Switch, the console would not turn on. I have to say that I am disappointed with this
experience. I would be grateful if you could look into the matter. I trust that you will replace the
item, as it seems to be faulty. I look forward to your reply within a week. You can contact me
