Dear Sam:

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to draw your attention to your wastewater that has been
flowing into my yard. This has made the yard very muddy. To make matters worse, the
wastewater has now caused my yard to become a breeding ground for mosquitoes.

I would really appreciate it if you could solve the problem so that I can go back to enjoying my
property. I suggest that you could hire a plumber to investigate any problems within your sewer
system that may be causing this problem. Another way would be to invest in a septic tank for
your backyard.

I would be very thankful if you would look into the matter and let me know your decision.
