THE ENERGY BALL

The following exercise demonstrates an energy manipulation technique.

This technique is commonly known as creating a Thought Form.

A thoughtform is a small packet of condensed psychic energy. Like all energy, the
thoughtform can be programmed to carry out specific tasks and/or directed to travel
to a target area. The success of the thoughtform is dependent upon the strength of the
mind and soul of its creator. A weak thought form will quickly dissipate,
accomplishing nothing.

When we are powerful enough, through intense concentration and focus, we can
project energy into our hands and mold it into a ball. We should be able to feel this if
it is strong enough for a working, or project energy into a ball using our chakras (as
explained in the book Spiritual Warfare)

Learn how to create an energy ball

You will learn how to shape the energy you have created with your hands, into the
shape of a ball. In later exercises in the book Spiritual Warfare, you will learn how to
project this ball out into the world to serve your own interests.

[box type=”info”] The following instructions are for creating a thoughtform for use in
“white” magick. For black magick, instead of invoking the energy, you form the
energy outside of yourself and draw it from sources that have no connection to you. A
lack of knowledge is why spells “back-fire.”[/box]
REMEMBER: Activate the hands, like you did for Day 6 to 12 when you learned to
feel the energy sensation around you hands.

Press the Center of the left palm with the thumb of the right hand.Press the center of
the palm and simultaneously turn the thumb in a clockwise motion.

Now, repeat this process with the right palm and the left thumb. Remember to turn
the thumb clockwise while pressing the palm. This process will facilitate your ability
to “Feel” the Energy.

[box] Remember: A thought form is practically a bit of the detached aura of a person,
charged with a degree of his prana, and energized with a degree of his life energy. So,
in a limited sense, it really is a projected portion of his personality.[/box]

THE ENERGY BALL

1) Relax, breath deeply, get comfortable (comfort is especially important in this

exercise), and close your eyes.

2) Space your hands about five inches apart, palms facing each other, and feel the
energy flowing through them.

3) Focus on this energy and, using your mind’s power, push it into a ball between
your hands.

4) Move your hands around the surface of the ball. What does it feel like? Where are
its boundaries?

Try to make it bigger and smaller; condense and expand it. Feel how the energy
intensity increases as the ball gets smaller and decreases as you open your hands and

it gets bigger. To release the ball, pull your hands apart and open your eyes.

5) Note your feelings, physical and emotional, in your journal.

This exercise will probably make your fingers feel a bit tight while you are doing it but
they will relax afterwards. This is because the energies flowing through your hands
gain power by being forced to increase their intensity; that power then flows through
your body, causing your muscles to tense, then relax, releasing tension.
