In every project, there is a project management approach, one of the good approaches is a
holistic approach. It means controlling and reviewing the levels of problems and individual
project tasks.

In this project, traditional approaches are used to approach problems in a classical fashion. The
traditional approach will evaluate the project in the direction of simplifying the tasks to be
performed in the project. Besides, this method provides a process of checking, tracking,
monitoring each completed task.

In a warm hug project, we work together to achieve the
goal of the project. Because it is a volunteer project,
therefore the aim and the value of the project much
maintain. By using the MBO methods, we work together
to identify, plan, organize, and communicate objectives.
At the end of the review period (1 week), Members are
evaluated by their results (number of completed works,
amount of donations, number of books collected ...).
