RE: COLORANT CONCERNS

Greetings!

Even before the pandemic, the commercial feed industry had a very tight competition in the market more so
now that people have extremely high expectations when they purchase a product from a brand they know
and trust. If our products would not meet these expectations, that customer is likely to let others know.
Thanks to social media and review sites, bad reviews can travel extremely fast. All it takes is one bad product
to harm our brand’s value and popularity that can result in less sales and profits.

Consistency is important to the overall success of every business. That's why we always see to it that we
provide consistent, high quality products so our customers will know exactly what to expect every time they
purchase our products. This increases trust in our brand and can have a significant impact on the number of
products we sell.

In this regard, we would like to inform you of the inconsistencies observed of the colorants that you supply
to us. Egg Yellow and Strawberry Red delivered to us since June 2020 had two textures:
1) Fine powder - this type colors well
2) Coarser powder - this type colors poorly
Using the latter led to an increase of our internal rejects, not to mention the downtime and cost we incurred
to check every color bottle.

In closing, I would like to reiterate how disappointed we are with your defective products. We would like to
know your solution(s) regarding this matter so we could lay out a better customer service agreement.

Truly yours,

REE ALEXA SUERTO
