Let this letter express our sincere apologies, for our failure to immediately inform you regarding the sudden
demission of Jonathan A. Dapuyen as General Manager of Attina Security Services Inc. (ASSI). Mr. Dapuyen
had to attend to a family matter that requires a longer than leave of absence status.

As the position of General Manager is of utmost importance, the company had prepared and interviewed list
of qualified candidates. Unfortunately though, because of the recent restrictions of travel due to the pandemic,
none pushed through.

The company always considers your welfare by being provided the quality service without fail. On that note,
the management hereby appoints Mr. Roldan Ocampo (VP for Sales – 5G Security, Inc.) to represent ASSI as
the signatory for documents that would require such, and, Mr. Silvino Jude Adizas ( OIC for Operations – 5G
Security, Inc.) to handle all operational concerns.

Rest assured that with this temporary set up your quality security services that we provide will not diminish, it
will only improve, as we have 2 quality leaders overseeing the operations.

Also, we will, from now on, inform you as soon as possible of any developments within the company that
may affect our future transactions. Know that we will always be grateful for the continued trust you have
given us, and are thrilled to our more years together as business partners.
