Delivery: 180 Days iFire Systems, Inc. reserves the right to ship earlier than estimated ARO. Please note
that the HGU-56/P RWH may be subject to export license. We want to point out that goods might be subject
to export regulations. An EUC and export permit might be required from the exporting country. Delay of
delivery due to delay of issuance of required documents for export will not be the responsibility of iFire
Systems, Inc. Courier charge changes on monthly sometimes quarterly basis.

Validity: Price Valid until June 30, 2022 with exception of Philippine Peso exceeding Php 54.00 : USD $
1.00 which will invalidate the above price and shall be subject to change.

Payment terms: Full Payment upon issuance of Purchase Order.

Factory Acceptance Test: A certificate of conformity will be issued for the shipment in accordance with the
requirements of ISO 9100.

Training: Training is not included in the proposed pricing. If training is required, a separate proposal will be
provided. The equipment shall only be used by qualified personnel.

Warranty: Supplier agrees to remedy all defects in the above mentioned goods which arise from faulty
design, faulty material or bad workmanship, by either repair or replacement of the defective part at the
manufacturer’s factory, provided that equipment is handled, operated and maintained according to
instructions issued by manufacturer.

Property Rights and Confidentiality: All data provided in conjunction with this offer and related to the
goods, or part thereof, handed over to the customer and referable to this proposal, are the properties of
iFire Systems, Inc. and Gentex Corp. and shall remain so. The customer has the right to use, copy or
reproduce such documents to the extent necessary only for the consideration of this quotation and
execution of a subsequent order only. All information given in this offer and its enclosure is strictly
confidential and may only be revealed to any third party if necessary for the consideration of this quotation.
