Hardware & Software prices are valid for 5 days & are subject to supplier availability and exchange rate fluctuation unless
otherwise stated. Goods & Services are warranted by Imaginet for 30 days from delivery. After this period a support contract is
required. Manufacturer warranties may vary.

TERMS: All sales are strictly cash, 100% in advance unless by prior arrangement and in no case exceeding 30 days. Interest at
the maximum rate per annum allowable by law will be charged on all overdue accounts, plus 25% on said amount of cost and
attorney's fees in case of suit. Parties submit themselves to the jurisdiction of the courts of Makati in any legal action arising, out
of this transaction. The goods listed above are shipped at the buyer's risk and cost. Goods remains the property of the Imaginet
until paid in full.

CANCELLATION: All orders are firm and non-cancellable on acceptance of the quote either by email or by placement of a PO by
email.

DELIVERY: Delivery is free in Metro Manila for orders over P25,000, otherwise collection is required or delivery by Lalamove will
be paid by client. Imaginet will exert its best efforts to deliver the goods within the stipulated period, however, Imaginet is not
responsible for delays or misdelivery as a result of circumstances beyond its control.
