CONDITIONS:
THE CUSTOMER ACCEPTS/ AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. This estimate is VALID FOR FIFTEEN (15) days. In case the customer disapproves the estimate, the customer shall be responsible for picking-
up the machine from BISMAC and shall be charged a storage fee of P100.00/ day after the lapse of validity of the estimate up to the date of
pick-up of the machine. In case the customer requests BISMAC to deliver the machine, a delivery charge of P350.00 – P3,500.00 will be
charged depending on the delivery location.
2. The customer recognizes the rights of BISMAC to take any steps it deems necessary to protect its interest wherein the customer does not pay
the total cost of repair or refuses to claim his/ her unit.
a. Units not claimed THIRTY (30) days after notice of completion or rejection will be charge a storage fee of P100.00 per day.
b. Units that remain unclaimed SIXTY (60) days after notice of completion or estimate will be sold at a public auction to recover cost of
repairs. Storage and publication in accordance with Article 2122 of the New Civil Code.
3. BISMAC shall have full authority to repair the unit.
4. BISMAC has the right to refuse repair or further repair on any unit it considers to be:
a. Tampered with by unauthorized technician b. Damaged by water or any form of liquid as well as insects/rodents.

5. Repaired units shall be released to the customer only upon presentation of the customers claim copy of the service job form (SJF)
and upon payment in full of the cost of repair and other charges.
6. BISMAC shall not be answerable for the loss/ damage of the unit in the event of fire, typhoon and similar natural calamities or acts of God.
Customers cannot make any other claims not covered by this agreement.
