1. LABORATOIRIES NOMINATED LIST PER COUNTRIES

Two laboratories are defined per countries.

Main lab will perform labtesting. Back up lab will perform labtesting in high season or if other
capability issue of main lab.

According to last tender, Kiabi engages to respect this nominated list. Every report from a no
nominated lab will not be accepted. Subcontracted labtests are not allowed.

Nominated laboratories are able to perform physical and chemical tests.
