task discussion topics, ear buds Moving desks together in a group that allows for easier group discussion, sitting close together in a circle, proximity to group members Setting a clear goal to have accomplished by the end of the discussion Eye contact body language Voice - volume, tone, enunciation Active participation in the discussion without prompting Inclusion of all in the discussion – asking questions of those being quiet, trying to engage other group members Being respectful of all opinions; allowing all group members to voice their opinion and share equally taking notes (when necessary) giving feedback during discussion waiting your turn to speak extending the discussion after a point is made by someone else Attendance in group discussion (for longer group projects)
