Topic Sentence
Does technology reduce or increase employment opportunities for
Ecuadorian young adults?
Introduction
Ecuador is a developing country, and the city of Guayaquil is considered the first main
port of the country, the information and communication sciences have been developed
by people who have the necessary skills and knowledge that are applied to the profiles
of the positions that currently exist in these sectors of the labor market.
More important than the technology applied in these sectors is being used in the daily
activities of the city of Guayaquil, the young people who are currently studying are part
of the agents of technological change, in addition to being administered by man and
managing to combine skills of knowledge.
In general, the use of technology will generate that companies, industries, and different
sectors of the economy substitute in a certain way the human being to determine who is
the main generator, actor that controls and manages technology.
Paragraph 1
One of the aspects for young people looking for work is that the characteristics of the
job, working conditions and experiences are changing, this is due to the growing
innovation in technology, new occupations are being developed, where young people as
professionals of telecommunications, computer scientists, human resource management
technicians, electronic design, programming and artificial intelligence, all of them
dedicated to the electronic sector, the new forms of work have changed considerably for
young people in their working hours due to the advancement of technology they have
acquired new forms such as work carried out remotely from the company or office.

Second, the implementation of new technologies gives rise to young people being
immersed in it, and it must be used in daily work, so much so that to make use of these
new technologies young people must have a good level of knowledge and training, In
the development time of the functions, it will also depend on the constant updating of
the technological systems developed to fulfill its work. The country is applying
technology in different economic sectors, young professionals and the working class is
preparing to meet the challenge of technology and how it can be applied in day-to-day
functions.

Currently, new technologies produce readjustments of sources of employment, that is,
these jobs are concentrated in advanced sectors that in the future the industrial processes
of companies will use these advanced technologies, in addition, automation in the work
of young people is good and it will take adequate personnel, programmers, operators,
jobs in functions related to information management, including workers, they must be
trained in these new technologies, on the other hand, in some cases people feel reluctant
to acquire new knowledge and skills that help to perform the functions and are not in
accordance with current technology.

Conclusion
In summary, work generates production, but today, after many years of the industrial
revolution, it is the machines that produce the most and enjoy the preferences of
businessmen, without a doubt, business technification reduces the sources of work,
depending on the sector where it is applied.
