What is the idea? Why do you want to implement this idea?
1. Automation of the participants Following the launching of the One-Stop-
registration process Training Portal and Microsoft Dynamics 365 where most of our trainings and transactions are delivered virtually or online, I came up to this idea to support the City’s initiative to have our services automated and paperless. Moreover, we have previous experiences that our attendees are struggling to complete registration with the paper-based process and too much time and effort were exerted along with the back and forth of information. This project will require minimal cost or no cost at all, just pure hard work and collaboration which will support City’s strategy for cost containment at this time of pandemic. The materials or tools to be utilized are mostly free or open source. Who will benefit? What value will it add? 1. City People 1. Hassle -free and save time & effort 2. External Customers 2. Adhere to safety guidelines (contactless transactions) How can you correlate this to vision 2030? Note: 1. Open ideas for every staff member in the City who wish to share their ideas will be using this template then submit it to their respective department. 2. Each department will filter the collected ideas based on the criteria.
