1. The rooms assigned to this programme are solely and exclusively for the heads of agencies and for
agents engaged by the said travel agencies under an employment contract in legal effect. Stays may
not be transferred to other persons. VISIT US, INC., and staff in its employment shall be entitled to
check an agent’s identity by requesting the submission of appropriate identity documents and any
document that confirms the beneficiary’s labour relation with the agency taking part in the StarAgents
programme. When these checks are made, if any misuse of the StarAgents system is detected, VISIT
US, INC. shall be authorized to invoice the traveller the difference in relation to the total price of the
flexible rate published on Iberostar.com (paid by customers not belonging to the programme) and/or to
proceed to cancel the booking.

2. The StarAgents team reserves the right to modify the reservations made by agents redeeming
points and/or using StarAgents prices. If VISIT US, INC., modifies or cancels a confirmed hotel booking
for occupancy reasons, it shall suggest an equivalent possibility

3. The StarAgents rate per night not covered by StarAgents points shall be paid at the hotel on the
check­in day. Prices on the booking confirmation not shown in the currency of the corresponding
country might be subject to slight fluctuations, depending on the rate of exchange at any given
moment.

4. Cancellation, No­shows and booking changes
Cancellations, no­shows and changes to reservations made using StarAgents points and/or prices
are subject to the following rules: 
4.1. Changing and cancelling reservations:
4.1.1. Cancellations or changes made to bookings should be made online or by written request
through the online messaging service and will only be valid once written confirmation has been
received from STARAGENTS. Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival.
Cancellations made after this time carry a penalty of one night in points. 
4.1.2. Any changes made to a confirmed booking mean re­evaluating the booking with the most up­to­
date point­euro ratio in effect at the time the change is made.
4.2. No­shows:
4.2.1. For bookings made by redeeming points: StarAgents reserves the right to make a charge to the
agent's StarAgents account to the amount of the entire stay in StarAgents points if there is a no show
by 12 noon the day following the scheduled date of arrival. Any remaining nights will also be cancelled.
4.2.2. For reservations made with the special StarAgents price: In case of a no­show by 12 noon the
day following the scheduled arrival date, StarAgents reserves the right to make a charge in StarAgents
points to the agent's account for the amount of the entire stay. Any remaining nights will also be
cancelled. If the agent does not have enough points in the StarAgents account, a negative amount of
points will be charged to the account.
4.3. Unforeseen Departures:
Cancelling nights during the stay will result in a charge for the first night following the cancelled day,
and will be made in StarAgents points or prices: the method of payment will depend on how the agent
initially booked the night. If booked with a StarAgents price, this is payable directly to the hotel.

5. The beneficiary of the stays should consider the applicable tax implications in each country, for
which VISIT US, INC. is not responsible.
