The given table compares the percentage of students attending four secondary

schools in terms of specialist schools,grammar schools, voluntary-controlled


schools and community schools from 2000 to 2009
It is apparent from the graph that the proportion of the pupils who are capable of
attend including specialist, grammar and voluntary-controlled schools decreased
gradually, except for community schools is a gradual increase.
Looking at the chart in more detail, in 2000, 52% of students had attended
voluntary schools, making it the highest figures,whereas only 24% of students
had participated grammar schools.Finally, approximately 12% of pupils had
joined specialist schools and community.
Between 2000 and 2005, the amount of student participating to grammar and
voluntary-controlled schools decline significantly to 19% and 38% before
decreasing mildly around 12% and 20%.Also, the pupils attending to specialist
schools rose to 11%,and approximately 10% in 2019. Next. the percentage of
students who are capable of community schools rose from 32% to 58% in 2009
