Description of Information Sought

This is regarding my home loan (38387680539) processing fee and single sided REPA transaction done on my loan account..

When I was applying for home loan on April 2019, Silattur Branch manager told that there is no processing fee for my loan. But I could see two
transaction was done without my knowledge and there is no proper reason for that transaction

I could see Rs.23600 /- got debited on 9th Dec 2019 without my knowledge and other transaction was done on 27th Feb Rs.53077. When I checked with
manager for above transactions they told they will reverse the amount but they have reversed Rs.37227/- only.

I have some quires on above two transactions. Kindly check and provide me the details.

1. Let me know how much processing fee for my home loan?.

2. Why debited Rs.23600 l- on 9th December 2019 without my knowledge and need calculation/split value for this amount ?

3. Why debited Rs.53077 /- on 27th Feb20 and why reversed only Rs.37227 /- ?

4. Need calculation/Split value for Rs.53077 /- and reason for this transaction due to this I could see my loan amount showing as above Rs.15 Lakhs.

5. After this two transactions I could see my loan period is showing as 17 years but I have applied for 15 years only. Need clarification on this.
