1. After going through the learning materials, I think that it will make me be prepared.

Even though
changes are evident in the world or field of work today, I know that with the help of knowledge
I've gained, I will be able to survive and achieve a new set of standards that will be given by a
certain company or institution. The materials I've read will be my guide to better understand
what are the necessary things I should know and do in order to excel in the field I will go
through. In addition, based on the learning material that I’ve read, If I want to be an employee
that is essential in the field I must have the characteristic that can easily adapt to changes, I
need to become flexible enough to be able to survive in the field of work. In conclusion, the
impact of the changes in field or world of work to me nowadays is not that huge since I was used
to digital advancement and digital technologies it think it would be easier for me.

2. I admit, it will be challenging for me to prepare to enter work field due to pandemic. Since most
of our years was spent in our home due to lockdown and we are force to just study and enroll
online probably there would be a problem in our OJT days which supposedly will help us to
experience work and may supposedly will contribute skills and knowledge that we need for
work. However, more likely, I will prepare myself in entering workforce by acquiring a different
level of information that will help me and guide me in everything I will do. I will also aim to have
experiences with regards to the field I will take through the extent of using digital resources.
Actually, I’m currently a part-time employee as a secretary of my aunt which is a Head
Consultant Quality Control in factory that is based on China. This is actually a great start for me
in work field, I’m gaining knowledge and skills that I can use in the near future. As for now, I’m
not certain with the path that I’ll be taking but I will surely assess myself before deciding what
career I will be entering.

Also, I will make sure to be qualified and to follow the measure established by authority.
