Microphone issue Resolution

If you are facing issues in using microphone for the Wheebox Proctored test, please go through the
following steps to resolve the issue -

1. Make sure that the microphone is functional. If you are using an external headphone/microphone,
please make sure that it is attached properly to the desktop/laptop.
2. Please make sure that no other application is using the microphone while you are trying to appear for
the assessment.
3. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of compatible browser. For best results, Please
open the test in Google Chrome/Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft edge.

Additionally, you can also go through the following steps to resolve mic related issues -

A. Click on the Lock icon on the top-left side of the page as displayed in the image below. The click on the
drop down corresponding to the microphone icon. From the values presented there, Click on Allow.

B. You will be asked to Reload the webpage. Click on the Reload button when prompted.

C. Click on Continue button.

D. The microphone issue will be resolved and you can move to the next item.
