Question: Should the Boston SME chapter have adopted the proposal? Why or why not?

Answer: Yes, The Boston SME chapter should have adopted the proposal because with this the
company's salesman will have a new experience.
Personal selling is a method that personalizes and humanizes the selling process. It allows
businesses to help prospects resolve challenges with the use of their product or service, rather
than simply selling at them. Every company wants its sales person to bring something good for
their company. If the salesperson has no previous experience, then he will not be able to bring
good results for the company. Since most of the students have no experience in selling
practically, I think they should go for this proposal.
