After reading the passage, I think there should be some strategies for Mayank as he is about to
call on Jabby to recover its business given below:

1. Mayank should prospect and qualify problems.

2. He should have a great preparation for any task which he wants to accomplish.

3. There are some unexpected mistakes created by him. That’s why he should have an approach
to apology.

4. He must recognize customers’ comments by acknowledging their views and then to respond
with solution.

5. He must have an alternative choice which is close or easier to him.

 Case-2
Yes, the Boston SME should have adopted the proposal. There are many advantages for adopting
the proposal given below:

1. To gain better insight into the world of selling.

2. SME-Boston had over 200 members and represent 190 companies.

3. As students are interested in selling careers, Boston SME can influence students.

4. ‘Salesman-for-a-day’ program would expand the market.

5. More students would participate as salesmen.

6. Students could sell a product or service of interest to themselves.

7. The whole procedure, from contacting the sales executive to notifying the salesman of the
name of the student and confirming the date, time, and place of meeting, would take no more
than two weeks.

8. If it is done at the beginning of the semester, ample time was guaranteed to arrange a time
convenient to both the salespeople and the students.
