New employees are not paid on time and wasn’t aware about time frame before they can get
their first pay cheque.
2. There is no tuition assistance benefit given to the employees. Larry and Sean paid out of their
own pockets for the training related to time management, project management, and
leadership.
3. Employees who were the part of Health and Safety Committee and have left the organization,
they have not been replaced by new members joining the committee.
4. Health and Safety Committee is inactive as the members are not currently engaged and have
not met in a very long time.
