1. No policy for rewarding employee’s performance.

The percentage of increment is fixed to


7% even though the employee would have performed well or not.
2. Yearly increment is only done when the employee ask for it, if they don’t ask then it is not
done automatically.
3. Will and Steve do not have much idea about the benefits being provided by the company as it
is handled by the private company where Steve’s cousin works. Will and Steve did not
explore any other options benefit provider while outsourcing the administration of these
benefits to this private company.
4. Benefits provided are not as per the needs of the employees. For example David is in the
need of marriage counselling and addiction counselling, but no such program is available at
Outrage.
